Terms of Service

Beta software
Lanyard is currently in beta. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Features may change, break, or be removed, and data may occasionally be lost. We do not yet make any uptime or availability guarantees.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and any API keys you generate secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account or via your API keys. Notify us immediately if you believe a key has been compromised; you can rotate or revoke keys at any time from the dashboard.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Lanyard to violate any law, infringe others' rights, transmit malware, attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or other organizations' data, or place an unreasonable load on our infrastructure. You are responsible for the actions of any AI agents you connect to the service.
Your content
You retain ownership of the projects, tasks, and other content you submit to Lanyard. You grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to operate and provide the service to you.
Pricing
Lanyard is free during the beta period. Paid plans are not yet available; we will give notice before introducing billing, and continued use after that point will be subject to the then-current pricing.
Termination
You may stop using Lanyard at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, or if we discontinue the service.
Disclaimer & liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lanyard disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above and, where appropriate, by notifying you directly.
